Well that’s it folks!

With the last photo of my crab cakes and garlic fries, my summer cooking adventures have concluded. It’s been a rewarding experience to cook for myself every day and been a fun challenge. And I managed to not replicate any dishes! That was an accomplishment on its own.

Crab cakes with baked garlic fries and salad. Rating: 4/5.

Chili con carne with southern-style cornbread and roasted broccolini. Rating: 5/5.

Curried pork burgers with tomato, pineapple and yogurt sauce. Rating: 3/5.

Orecchiette with peas and andouille sausage. Rating: 3/5.
